General Manager

Recognized for its excellence in food quality and exceptional customer service for more than 20 years, La Prima Food Group (LPFG) is a highly regarded catering and food service company serving the metropolitan areas of Washington, D.C., Baltimore, MD and Philadelphia, PA. LPFG's flagship subsidary, La Prima Catering, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic General Manager to join our team. The General Manager is responsible for a kitchen location’s entire catering operation including staff supervision, motivation, hiring and training; impeccable food preparation; outstanding customer service including courteous, on-time deliveries; high-volume shift management; banking and cash handling.

General Manager candidates must have a minimum of three years of progressive management experience in a fast-paced catering, hospitality and/or restaurant environment. The General Manager must exhibit the highest level of integrity and interpersonal skills. S/he will work closely with the company’s sales staff as a primary contributor to our growing business.

All applicants must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
